JAMES MATTHEW FAY

James established our practice in 2003 and now specialises in small business advice and structuring. With 26 years of experience working in public practice and over eight years working in a commercial accounting role, James offers a depth of knowledge that comes from advising businesses across many situations. James is also an experienced and licenced financial adviser for superannuation and retirement planning (including Self-Managed Superannuation Funds), having completed additional qualifications in December of 2018, required to meet the new financial adviser licensing requirements. James is a member of the National Tax & Accountants Association, has been a business mentor at AB Patterson College for over ten years and was previously Treasurer of the Musgrave Hill Special Education Development Unit for more than 12 years.

Jeanette Redman — Helensvale QLD — Fay & Redman

JEANETTE REDMAN

Jeanette has been part of our practice since 2005 and took on the role of practice partner in 2011. She offers clients over 20 years of experience working in public practice, a dedication to efficiency and keen attention to detail. Jeanette is a member of the National Tax & Accountants Association and is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. Jeanette’s community roles include acting as treasurer for Bats Queensland (Flying Foxes & Microbats) Inc.

Diane joined the team at Fay & Redman in April 2014. Diane began working in public practice whilst studying for her university degree and completed a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Accounting) in 2005. Diane has had experience on the Gold Coast in the accounting sector for 20 years and has worked in the legal profession for 17 years. Diane’s skills focus on the preparation of financial statements, business activity statements and income tax returns for small to medium-sized businesses and individuals. She also assists with self-managed superannuation funds.

Brendan Corino — Helensvale QLD — Fay & Redman

BRENDAN CORINO

ACCOUNTANT

Brendan joined Fay and Redman in April 2017 after having worked in Public Practice since December 2011. Brendan works with a wide range of business clients. He takes pride in efficiently providing accurate and comprehensive financial information to assist with accounting and taxation compliance for his client’s business decision-making. In addition to this, Brendan’s role has a strong focus on Self-Managed Superannuation Fund compliance and conducting Individual Income Tax Appointments. Brendan is passionate about helping and educating our clients to navigate tax compliance rules and requirements and looks for any opportunity to add value where possible, including improvements to client record-keeping systems and tax planning initiatives.

Tracey Osborne — Helensvale QLD — Fay & Redman

TRACEY OSBORNE

Tracey is the friendly voice on the phone and the first point of contact at reception. She joined our practice in March 2014 and has over 20 years of experience in office administration and client services in the accounting industry. She balances her time between the front desk and providing administration support to the accounting team. Tracey has a Diploma of Accounting which helps her understand our clients’ requirements, and is more than happy to assist in any way.

Julie Chapman

Julie joined Fay & Redman in March 2021. Julie began working in public practice whilst studying for her university degree and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (major in accounting) in 2011. Julie continued to study to become a CPA, completing this qualification by 2013. Julie has been working in the public practice accounting sector for over ten years. Before this, Julie had operated her own bookkeeping business as an MYOB consultant. She enjoyed meeting people and being satisfied in her work, helping to improve her client's work/life balance.


Julie's skills are focused on preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and bookkeeping for small to medium-sized businesses and individuals.
